Step 1

Fill out our Google Form below to receive a quote for our services. You will be receiving a price via email based on your form response. Please do not proceed to Step 2 until you receive your quote. It is important for you to know your price before you decide to book and pay. 

If the form does not get completed, the service will not be provided, and you will be refunded.

Step 2

Below, select "Book" under your desired service, and select a date/time in our calendar. A $1 service fee will be required to book your appointment. You will receive an invoice to your phone or email within 24 hours of booking.

Return and Refund Policy

At Sacred Space, we value transparency and fairness. Please review our refund policy before booking a service:

Booking Fee:

  • All bookings require a $1 non-refundable booking fee.
  • This fee secures your appointment and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling.

Service Payments & Refunds

  • If payment for a service is made in advance and the service cannot be provided due to circumstances on our end, a full refund (excluding the $1 booking fee) will be issued.
  • If a service cannot be completed due to client error, such as double booking, lack of access to the property, or other client-side issues, a refund may be issued at our discretion, excluding the $1 booking fee.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original form of payment.

Completed Services

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
  • Payment covers time, labor, and materials used during the cleaning service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will gladly return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours.
  • Re-cleans apply only to the originally serviced areas and must be due to missed or incomplete cleaning, not new messes or changes made after the service.
  • Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a re-clean.
  • Refund Policy on Satisfaction

Refunds are not issued for completed services.

  • Our satisfaction guarantee is fulfilled through a re-clean, not a refund.
